Refund Policy:


At Global Bible College and Seminary, we strive to provide quality education and excellent service to our students. If a student needs to request a refund, the following policy will apply:


1. Refund request must be made in writing and submitted to the Admissions Office within 7 days of the start of the course for which the refund is being requested.


2. Refunds will only be granted for the following reasons:

- Course cancellation by the college

- Withdrawal from the course 30 days before the start date

- Withdrawal from the course within the first ten days of classes with a valid reason, such as a medical emergency or personal hardship


3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise specified by the student.


4. Refunds will be processed within 45 days of receiving the written refund request.


5. A processing fee of $125 will be deducted from the refund amount.


6. No refunds will be granted for courses that have already been completed or for courses that are in progress.


7. Students who have received in-house financing or scholarships may be subject to additional refund policies as outlined in their financial aid agreement.
